What if I am not in when my order arrives?
Many customers leave instructions on their order form suggesting a safe place to leave their order if they are not in e;g in shed or at a neighbours house. The courier will leave a card saying where the goods have been left. We do not advice that goods are left on a front door step in sight of everyone . We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage where instructions have been followed. The courier company will make a note on the delivery card that the goods have been left as per instructions and highlight any damage at the time of delivery.
